Jesse & The Robot (Abandoned Project)

So let me tell you about this old project of mine that got abandoned. Provisional title was "Jesse & The Robot" and it was about this boy genius who builds a BDSM robot AI for fun but ends up getting more that he bargained for.

This was the last project I undertook before dissappearing for a good time due to personal reasons some time around... 2018??? The idea was starting a long lasting comic. I have tried this several times already, but the sheer amount of time required for a project like this is kindda imposible to commit to unless you're in a really good economical postion and/or studying... Which I came to realize is the time of life when you have the time, the drive and the physical condition to overexert you to dangerous levels.

I haven't been in this position since... Well, since I stopped studying. So I think it's absurdly hard for me to ever get into a project with this scope. (Unless... IDK... I win the lotto. Or suddenly get 5000 supporters and I can work on this full time. Or some yet unknown distant familiar names me heir of a fortune... You know... There's still chances. :P )

At any rate, allow me to share what little material I had lay on paper and pixels.

First we have the first Design:

Actually I made a kajillion different failed designs for The Robot. At first I envisioned it as centaur like (Like Orisa, from Overwatch). But realized that an overlycomplex design would make a comic sink faster than any other factor. So I decided to go for something simpler. But then I always ended up with something that was too alike to Baymax, and the whole thing is already too close to BH6 but kinky as it is. So I ended up with this provisional design.

For the boy... This design is cute but it wouldn't work. It's just too generic and lacks any kind of personality. I knew he would be made to wear a jockstrap cause The Robot realized he had a thing for them and he gets both extremely embarrassed and aroussed at the same time from the fact of being forced to wear one. The weird bands with the blue light circles are The Robot's solution for perma-bondage. They're magnetic... thinguies... The Robot can power at will to lock each of them together as pleased. For instance it could make the hands to lock with the feet. Or the elbows to lock together... It can also attach them to other stuff as long as it installs these blue circles on them first. It can even attach them to itself carrying the restrained boy like a kangaroo or a backpack...

At any rate. These designs were just a first draft and would need HEAVY reworking.

That much I might get to do some day.

I know it's a bit of a bummer to share a project that didn't happened, but I thought maybe you enjoyed learning about it.

Feel free to prod me with questions about the project or the script. There's a lot of info that never got to be put on paper/pixels but that I would share if you're interested.
