About Patreon login in my mods

DBZ login works but Flash dont? wtf lol im creating a small update for my mods that need login with some improvements in the login system, send em message and i will message you back when i finish

One thing I noticed was that in the NIB_Patreon.ini filed, the only script it has logged is the Dragon Ball Z one. Is that normal? I'm trying to use the Flash mod and it's not working, but DBZ works.

Well, after trying the game with RageHook, the problem was still there, but I don't know what's happening. It worked earlier.

It appears that this system interferes with using your mods with LSPDFR/RageHookPlugin. It keeps telling me to check my internet connection, but it's perfectly fine considering I'm seeing this page. When it does give me the chance to login/hit L, I do so, hit allow, press insert, and nothing happens after. It tells me that it's checking my Patreon Login, but nothing. I hope this can be fixed.

Hi Julio, when I try to login, I get "Error - Exception: null" I've tried using different browsers and I still have the same problem. Could it be that I didn't install the mod correctly?

mmm, its good idea but i would need to keep copies of the source code in different times to release for 10 and for 5 separated, or change how my validation system works, make it check based on script version and not id :) lets see

Second request/suggestion: Doesn't making WIP's accessible to only $10 patreons mean that you have far less people to provide feedback during the early stages of your mod? Because there are more lower tier donors, more bugs and glitches end up being found after the official release rather than during the WIP stage. As a fix though you could use this kind of system: Stage 1 Early access ($10 donors only) this would be the early stages of a mod's creation when it still has a lot of major bugs a mod would usually be in this stage fora while, possibly weeks to months depending on how quickly development progresses. Stage 2 WIP/Beta ($10 - $5 donors only) At this stage the mod would be considered playable with only minor circumstantial bugs that you'd need more people to find. A mod would be in this stage for i'd say a week or two to give people time to do dumb stuff with the mod and find bugs you never expected. You could also get more user feedback at this stage. Stage 3 Final Release (All donors) At this stage most bugs would be ironed out and the mod should come out clean due to all the user feed back from before. What do you think?

I have a request, i think you should make all the details (Posts that contain patch notes) of your WIP's accessible to all patreon members not just the $10 ones, this way people are more likely to consider donating more since they know exactly what they would get. For example i'm a $2 donor, but the Hulk V v2 WIP post is only viewable and downloadable by $10 donors, if me a $2 donor could view BUT not download the Hulk WIP, it could give me a reason to change to a higher tier donor.

this is happening because you need to reinstall the armor models, you probably restored the .rpf file where the models was or didnt installed the armor models properly

well, your login info is here in the system, so, it should work, what message you receive when click in Allow in the login?

Also why is all of my Iron(men) showing up in peices..as in it is not the full model. Arms and legs are randomly floating in mid air where the torso should be not to mention one of the other models keeps disappearing

EVerytime I log in after it says "Press L" to log in (I'm using Firefox btw) ..i log in and go back into game (I even press "insert") it shows "Checking Patreon Login" and when it hit "Ctrl+N" to bring up Iron Man menu its back to the same cycle of the menu telling me features are locked to members etc. etc. to Log in again

Fixed it by copying the link and putting it in a different browser for anyone whos having the same problem
