Hi Julio! I used to play this mod years ago! Quick question: after loading magnetos powers in story mode, I get an alert saying simple trainer crashed. I tried refreshing scripts. I have not received this error on any of your other mods. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

If possible could you rework this to be a Gojo mod? All you'd have to add is telekinesis over everything, an ability to pull everything towards you or a specific thing, an ability to push everything away, and a big blast to incinerate everything. Just throwing out suggestions I'd love to hear your thoughts

Took me 5 minutes after reading my own comment and thinking..."that's really all I did?" The problem was in the "renaming" itself. This Magneto mod is a stickler for details :) I looked at the other suit names and realized I have to add "suit_" to the config file for Kang's suit. Now it's showing up. The other power sets didn't seem to need that prefix for them to work.

Your mods are amazing! I've added several models to them whenever it's reasonable. Added Zod and Bizarro to Superman, Grodd to Hulk, Lex to Iron Man. One question I have is for Magneto... I can add ped models to every other character script you made, but for some reason I can't seem to add any peds to your Magneto. I'm trying to add Kang to his power set. I tried Doctor Doom as well... they both showed up on Iron Man (using the same process each time, if they had no config, I'd duplicate one that works and switch the names) but I can't seem to get anyone into Magneto... they aren't even listed in the menu in game even though I can switch to their powerless models in Addon perfectly fine... any thoughts on why that may be the case?

Hi Julio, your work is gift to mankind. <3 There is a tendency that the magnetic shield would stop working at some point while playing. Also any chance that we could have additional suit options in Magneto mod like changing idle or slow flight pose similar to Superman v2?

Amazing mod <3 Got a question here, how can I fix magnetize power ? Like, my character did a animation but no power or something :/ Maybe it's a bug or idk or maybe it's by my side idk... Anyway we will see. Take care :)

after restarting my game it worked perfectly fine with no lag at all so not sure what was causing that.

for me the skin works perfectly fine but my game lags like crazy now.

something is definitely wrong with this mod. all the other mods on the list before this one worked perfectly fine for me but when i enabled this mod it lagged my game extremely hard to where i only had 1 fps and i couldnt even move. it worked fine for about 10 seconds and then it droped to 1 fps. i didnt even use any weapons or powers or hit anything or spawn anythin. i just walked across a street and it lagged out. wtf is wrong with this. i had to force close my game through task manager cause i couldnt even open any menus in my game due to 999999999999999999 Lag.

please do a update for this mod 1: instead of just doing the windmill smash there should be more options 2: better flying 3: maybe something like a liquid metal attack maybe use water but change coulour so like a liquid metal shield 4: make it so dismemberment mod works with this 5:more metal manipulation ability so can use joystick to move a plane around or into something 6: control missiles 7: slow down time so can manipulate misiles in time 8: ability to crush a vehicle with closing of hand or multiple vehicles like a super crumple 9: just overall do a rehall of this mod its been ages 10: thanks

I've been having an issue with GTA 5 not letting me load past the Screen where you select story mode after installing the files in Open IV and adding the Ped into AddonPeds. If I delete the ped everything loads fine but I cant get the skin to load without it. I installed everything correctly as far as I know but for some reason can't get the skin to work. I can use powers and everything else just fine. Any input would be appreciated.

the file is complete, game crash at loading is commonly related to outdated update.rpf file inside mods\update folder or other bad changes in RPF files

The mod of this, I just down;loaded and is missing magneto and magneto nib mod file.. The file comes with magento files and magnetonet.dll but misses the two other files, that i m pretty sure require it to work... I think this is why the game wont load and exits unexpectedly because my version of the mod isn't complete...

I tried leaving the mod on by itself without pressing any keys. The shield eventually turns off after a few minutes of use. Is that supposed to happen? Everything else works just fine

Thanks for the amazing mod but The bullet shield ability frequently stops working a couple minutes into the game. It seems like the only way to make it work again is by resetting the mod. Is there any way to fix this?

basically you need to create a Prop and move it changing his Velocity variable or using the ApplyForce method, in some cases we need to create a Prop to be the physics and a Prop to be the visual, i commonly do this because i dont know how to create models with good collisions hehe

unzip it and put it in scripts folder with native ui and make sure you have script hook v and script hook v dot net in you gta 5 exe directory and it should work...

The mod seems to freak out whenever I get shot a lot, such as when I have a high wanted level. My character stops moving and all controls are unresponsive for about .2 seconds after every single bullet hits me, when getting shot a lot its basically impossible to move or switch powers or do anything at all....the only way I found to solve this is by using native trainer to make cops ignore me, but thats not as fun. That aside, AWESOME MOD! great work!

ctrl + n, I select in suit, and it works ,with the right button of the pad I get an image with the powers, they all work, but when I put the shield, I select any option, and it does not stop the bullets or return them, and the bullets end up killing me.when activating the shield I have to press something to make it work ?? game with pad, greetings.

the shield depends on some invisible objects that my script spawns and attachs to the player ped, what steps are you doing to toggle powers and see the suit?

works based on ped model hash (the name or the hash value) script will load ironman armors and the metalPeds folder files, when a ped with that hash/name appears it will be considered a metal thing and can be manipulated

So I am not using a custom skin or anything, just the normal Michael. When he flys too high, there is a glitch in his left leg, it will flick up and down like he is trotting or something instead of remaining straight, any fix to this? It looks silly.

the problem with auto detect and make float the small props is that i need to keep reloading a list of them and this cause some lag, but is possible the number 2 will be added, will be based on Ironman armor .ini files from ironman folder and in a file where you can set custom peds models and maxhealth that they will have so i can detect them

in latest version released yesterday i added a option to the mod .ini file (generalVolumeCoef=1 in Magneto.ini) where you can set the Volume Coeficient from 0 to 1 (0.5 = 50% :) )

Loving the mod so far. I have a couple of ideas: 1) You could have the option to have small metal orbs orbit around the player to damage people in melee range, or you could fire them at enemies. 2) The option to crush/lift certain peds like iron man or wolverine. But if you don't like these or they aren't possible the mod is already amazing even without anything else being added, i love stealing enemies guns away form them and holding them hostage - amazing work as always

Julio, this is totally unfair!!! You have Thanos and now Magneto being out at the same time... I'm having a hell of a time figuring out which one to play---they're so insanely off-the-chart great... I literally did NOTHING this weekend but play them both...my god they're fun!

Couple of extra thoughts: fire entingushers make great metal weapons which we can't use at the mo. Also: Magno-vision - to see all metal objects in area...

Ah-HA, much better. ;-) A couple of general comments: 1) When Magneto flies/floats, he usually spreads his arms slightly - maybe add that anim. 2) TK works well with mouse wheel, but when you just tap on a car it tends to just leave it hanging in air above ahead. It would be way cooler if grabbed objects could "orbit" Magneto like they do in movie if not being used. 3) Lastly, should be a way to grab multiple items at once. Suggest two: firstly a way to just grab all metal items within a certain radius, secondly a way to highlight multiple targets (like Iron Man rockets) so you can pick up multiple objects in a more controlled way,

sorry i forgot to mention: *For the stab attack: Aim at the bottom of a Sign (or one of those parking things), when the target indicator appears, press Q to grab, aim at a ped (red target) and press Attack (left mouse button) to stab that ped.

There are quite a lot of items which aren't vehicles (traffic poles, tables, power boxes). Know they can be manipulated because managed with other TK-type mods: awesome to have them whiz through enemies! The "pick up enemy by his weapon" is a great touch!

I'm amazed by this mod, one reason alone; the speed at which you can fling entities around (with a high mouse sensitivity) is just STUNNING. I did find another tweak for the wishlist: Train derailment!

Remember in the X-Men movies (2nd one) Magneto had to have an ally oversaturate a guard's iron content through his diet to be able to use enough iron to kill the guard. So...normally there's not enough. (I don't know the comics though.)

Oh yeah i keep forgetting, this is Magneto and not just regular telekinesis. So he cant affect the Iron in the human body? (Small hope) - Can you be able to crush peds too?

Still freaking sweet. After playing around, couple ideas (although likely some are not feasible). Would be cool if you could grab or destroy metal props: Fire hydrant, dumpsters, etc. Would be cool if Magento could polarize himself to fly rapidly to (like the grappling hook) say, a metal staircase. (I doubt there is a way for the game to tell you whether a given surface is "metal" or not, though.) Maybe just use all surfaces (like the JC3 grappling hook) and let the player decide how immersive he'll be (if the game doesn't differentiate building materials). An easier idea is if Magneto could rapid-fly to the entities he can grab (cars and planes and choppers). Last remark is that Magneto can't affect your Iron Man enemy since it's a ped with no gun. =D I killed a couple peds with (their own) knifes, but I'm not even sure how? But a "disarm" of non-gun weapons would be hot too. Most would be metal anyway (knife, bat, golf club, etc).

ISSUE SOLVED. Original comment: After installing this mod, the player ragdolls (falls flat on his face) any time I right-click for any reason (with or without Magneto powers or trying to do anything else). Game was unplayable. Uninstalled and now I can right click again. Shame. Was very excited to test as I've been looking for a proper "Jedi" mod and these are the closest powers I've seen.
