Venom WIP 5 - HUD, power boost, hunger meter

Some changes:
-Added power boost and power meter (eat to increase)
-Added hunger meter and the need to Eat
-Added HUD images
-Improved web swing (hold to go far) and web swing to target
-Improved enemy and ally combat system
Check all the changes in the Version info menu.

I dont think power meter affects it (so hunger meter doesnt affect it either, it does a base 100 damage - which should be the weakest when venom is hungry). The venom AI is pretty good but it still does the "Wont let you go and ur stuck there forever", I was only able to escape by summoning an Ally
