if you have a update.rpf inside mods\update folder, maybe its outdated and you need to copy actual one and edit the dlclist.xml again

JulioNIB, may I wonder if you heard about GTA IV Liberty City port by Encrypted Reality? They made a full convertion of LC as LS replacement or addon + with most ambient features, like lighting of buildings and other objects, steam from outdoor air conditioners, etc. The only big thing that's missing is traffic (there's traffic in Los Santos replacement version, but it doesn't works everywhere). It's still kinda rough, but the team is planning on reworking it sometime, but even current version is pretty good. Also it would be much better for testing Spider-Man script as there're way more skyscrapers to test web-swinging with
