Basic update for HULK v2 to fix the hit force that is previous release was too much strong making the targets fly too far away making it hard to keep combat.
Added the following variables:
hitForceCoef (vehicles and props)
hitForceCoefPeds
hitForceCoefSuperPeds (for peds with more than 300 max Health)
