NIBMods menu update - "Godzilla" issue FIX
Added 2021-05-04 21:33:55 +0000 UTCI forget a test enabled in NIBMods menu that will show some text in any spawned ped with model name Godzilla, this update fix this issue.

I also added a option to freeze current day time and weather that you can enable in the nibmod Options menu.
