can u add a moveset that allows u to stomp on peoples heads after u dismember them and blood splashes out and one that allows u to stomp on their head and then laser their head off or explode it and a move where when u fly into peds they explode into blood

yep, all normal here so, it's something in your side, i would test different vision modes to see which ones works you can bring the menu with the effect running and change to see the effect. i also would rename mods folder to modsss to test and see if there is something that i changed in my RPF files when installing other mods, you can use "keep player character" suit to test
