More fixed armors

If you want the newest updates ASAP and are spec-ops then join the server and you will have access to the patch channel and be able to download them as soon as they are posted in the dev channels :)

Light marine has been moved to b-01, yes ik a lot of armors will have these parts, that's the point. Halo Wars Marine is on SR-24 (my favorite armor yet). and the Gatling has been updated to have a better manifest where you can choose which barrels you want.
