scene 33 - wip

current status of scene 33: i've lined 7 of 10 pages, coloration is also in progress and backgrounds, too! it's working so so so much better than the last scene 🌻 no promises, but maybe i'll be able to update at the end of the month that'd be super cool

the wips above are kinda 3 different work stages, might be fun to compare <3

1. lines + coloration done, working on the background is the next step. i have the weird habit of sometimes drawing objects or small details last (for example Noah's band aids and scratches). i have to make sure the objects don't magically disappear or change place when there's many pages, so i quickly sketched a reminder for myself to not forget to draw Robin's cup later! usually i do that before the coloration though, just here i... almost forgot. whoops

2. lines done + flat base colors are done. flat colors take the most time when i color but i love doing them because i think it's really relaxing for some reason

3. lines in progress! i line with a brown color because it's not as harsh as black to the eyes, and also i figured it helps with keeping softness and part transparency in my lines. if you struggle with lines like i do, maybe try this out? ;; it helped me a lot to make my lines look better. after the lines are done i change their color to black (here and there with slight blue in it)
