What's not great is the terrifying electric arcing sound that's coming from inside while it's running... Let's fix it, and get it ready for an extremely rare CPU upgrade!

Oh yeah! I was really surprised that just some cleaning, grease and a quick reflow is all it took to get it back to 100%

2023-05-08 01:52:40 +0000 UTC❤️ the iMac G3. I had graphite DV back in Y2K, and miss it every day. Just hypothetically - anyone know of any G4 sonnet upgrades that could be compatible with the later revision iMacs? If I could get an iMac with the specs of a quicksilver powermac, that would be cool. Pointless, but cool.
