Hey there! How's everything going? How's your summer treating you? Over here in Ropo City, it's scorching hot, or should I say, Valencia, Spain. Yep, suspicions confirmed, Ropoductions is a hispanic studio... that suffers the sweltering Mediterranean heat every year.
Right now, we're a squad of 2 Spanish dudes (Atom and Space) and Salamin, a guy from Argentina (from the same city as Messi) who's been around Spain for ages. While we don't want it to be our main leitmotiv, we sure love to show some of our culture into the game, whether it's jokes or historical references (did you know Water Monday is inspired by a real-life festivity?).
Anyways, beyond the nods in Final Orginity, today Spain can proudly claim the title of world champions in women's football. As the main charachter of her very own video game, Amy couldn't be a bigger fan of these world-beating ladies. Here's a drawing courtesy of Space.
Did you know she's always loved playing ball? If Amy were Spanish, she'd definitely be excited about that!
Anyway, Ogres and Avatars, have some beautiful days ahead. The programming for the seventh version is still in full going. And there are already three new pixel-designed characters. We'll keep at it.
