A new Ropo-Member, a new Ropo-Project.

How's it going? How's life treating you? Here at Ropoductions, we're still in the midst of developing the new update for Final Orginity. This upcoming update will feature a brand new outdoor map and, 15 new indoor maps so far. But today, well, today we didn't come here to talk about that.

These days are turning out to be REALLY important for the future of Ropoductions Games. Today, we're thrilled to announce that we have a new member joining the Ropo crew. Finally, we're the Fantastic Four!

Yes, we're talking about CloudNine, whom some of you may have already see on our Discord server under the alias PinkFloyd. He's already shared a bunch of memes and is the only user (besides Space) who's been posting songs in the Music channel.

So, who is CloudNine?

CloudNine is a Russian guy living in Valencia and a friend of Salamin for the past 6 years, ever since they met at the college. He stands out for his programming skills, but more importantly, for his dedication and autism (in a good way). Salamin has witnessed how his Russian friend has transformed from being an unemployed linguist to becoming a programmer for a serious company here in Spain in just a few years.

What's CloudNine's role going to be?

CloudNine won't be participating in Final Orginity; instead, he'll be helping us launch a completely new project. CloudNine's role at Ropoductions will be as the lead programmer for this new endeavor.

What can we say about the new project?

The new project was initially going to be started in Unity, but due to recent events, AHEM, we've decided to build it using Godot. The development journey ahead will defiently be a real adventure for the entire Ropoductions team.

We also want to let you know that launching it will take some time. However, don't worry, this new project will run in parallel with Final Orginity, and it shouldn't hinder Amy's journey.

This new project will follow a very different process from anything we've done before since it marks our debut outside of RPG Maker. Personally (Salamin), I have no doubt that it will be another step forward for our humble team of developers towards professionalism. We're already getting our hands dirty with Godot, and we couldn't be more excited (especially CloudNine!).

In the upcoming months, amidst updates and posts about Final Orginity, we'll share news about this new project, and of course, rest assured, you'll be the first ones to test it.
