I plan to make a full tutorial tomorrow, but the way the addon was created should not be complicated to use.
Importante information, you must have OpenPose in your pc to make it work, and you can get it here https://github.com/CMU-Perceptual-Computing-Lab/openpose/releases/tag/v1.7.0
The addon needs a GPU and you must have at least 2 cameras to make it work
