Don't want to spend too much money and neither too much time with that and as result, have an amazing animation?
You can use Avatary. The free version has a daily limit, that is enough to do a lot.
After creating the facemotion data and the mesh in Avatary, you can use this addon to consolidates the mesh and to have a rig to be used with Avatary Retargeter to create the facial animation.
Maybe it seems very complicated, but it isn't (at least not that much)
