Your link is also interesting because it is not an add-on but a trainer application from a dataset of images collected from the ambientcg.com (formerly known as cc0textures.com), if I am not wrong. I look forward to see how your add-on will come out to test it in Blender.

yep, and it came out of nowhere. I was talking to a person on the discord and he wanted it a lot. we spend the day talking and testing, and it came out.
originaly the code outputs maps in 256x256, but I was able to make it work with 512x512 and I think I can go even bigger.
I'm so excited with this. I searched for a solution like that for such a long time
