Several months ago I handed in this completed text to Sharktopus Games and now it is on BackerKit!

The Lords of Olympus continues my series about playing DCC in Ancient Greece. It focuses on the many gods and goddesses. It is my ode to Deities and Demigods or Faiths and Pantheons for Forgotten Realms. I tried to include as many gods, goddesses, titans, and spirits as I could. Each deity has stats and many of them come with a little extra like a plot hook, magic item, etc.

My favorite part of this zine was adding an adventure to it based on one of those small blurbs. The Challenge of the Charites. These beautiful goddesses need spouses, and the Olympians believe the only way to ensure quality marriages is through a test of skill, strength, and might. The Olympians created a dungeon, each one created their a room.

Before going into this tomb of horrors made of clouds and sunshine, the players must make a sacrifice to the Olympians. They must dedicate the sacrifice by naming all 12 Olympians from memory without any aid or googling. If they forget a god, their challenge becomes much harder.

I hope you check this project out, it was a lot of fun to write. I am also still hard at work on more Painted Wastelands stuff and will have more to share soon.
