I haven't decided WHEN she gets this power but it'd be some late-game type stuff, since it's really powerful and the Storm Crown is normally held by her mom.
Hmm, not much else to add :P
I am picking away at a post for Soul Crowns, since we keep bringing them up and they're important in our universe. Long over-due!
