The way Tim and I work is a little complicated. First, when I wake up in the morning he's usually going to sleep and vice versa. We each take turns guarding the planet from disaster. Also, sometimes Tim will pitch me an idea and I try to take it upon myself to find a way to make it work. This is one of those examples. Tim wanted something that would break the fourth wall, because sometimes characters in his books find comic books that feature themselves. Or in another comic, the Diseased One sits scrying on our hero by reading a comic book about what he's doing. Tim has had the idea of characters playing the game you're in for a while. This is a way to incorporate that with some real dreamy trippy magic.
