after years of living passively, existing simply not to die as to uphold a promise to others, i've decided to be present and active in an attempt to chase connection and understanding in this realm at the lowest level of existence. vulnerability begets understanding, understanding begets connection, connection fosters creativity, etc.

corny schizoposting aside...

i'll be treating this page like i did tumblr in 2009, save for the mindless aesthetic-farming reposts. that's how døves started, how i met wicca and coldy, how i was able to share something into the ether despite all my fears and reservations.

thoughts, updates, insights, contemporary works, etc. will live on the main feed. i don't like instagram or the idea of being any sort of public figure, so this seems like a sufficient degree of separation to allow me to feel like i can share openly without ruminating on being perceived as another narcissistic drone seeking attention on a dead internet.

this is a beta test beginning january first. this page is primarily to keep me accountable and tied to the creative urges that i would usually ignore for lack of time, energy, or motivation. it exists as both a platform to share the product of those urges and a reason for that product to be created consistently. the alpha/omega of making and doing, or whatever.

as this grows i intend to share more "high value" content behind a some sort of paywall. likely unreleased/rare tracks, demos, upcoming releases, merch, Q&A, early access, back catalog, studio sessions, etc. until then it's a tumblr. follow for free and see where it goes if you feel so inclined.
