Instead she's more about being friends. Peace and free love. She would try to seduce them and have them lower their guard, not put them on the defensive.

Dick wad!", doesn't sync with "let's be friends". Plus the Prisoner has already been inside Crusher's head and Whisper knows this. Did she slip up? A momentary lapse of going to far because of pride / arrogance in her cunning?
