The other direction this story could have gone is that Whisper would have given up the communication device in her stomach early. Logically it would have led to a surgical removal of the earring that would be fixed by healing potions or something else. I'm not a huge fan of drawing gore in a sex comic. So I chose to go into another sex and dream sequence.
