So on the bottom panel we have the Crows. They are also called Vultures as an insult from the other Half Elves, due to being complete non-combatants who only show up after battles are won.
The Divisions within the Half Elf Army are as follows.
Phoenix: General
Raven: Magic + Melee Specialist = Special Forces Equivalent
Owls: Back row Mages = Artillery and Support
Sparrows: Melee Infantry = Enhanced Soldiers with superior mobility and strength
Crows/Vulture: Support/Researchers = Logistics, Research, and Healers
