Suggested Changes to Subscription Tiers

Hello everyone.

So the subscription tiers above $3 are just not working.

I was trying something that did not work out and I haven’t given it the thought and effort it deserves.

It’s past time to change it into something worthwhile. I’d like to share what I have in mind and get your feedback before going through with them..

After doing a bit of research, I decided to do something similar to artists I admire, such as Erenisch and Sleepygimp. They both do work related to their own stories instead of fanart pinups.

The idea is to create subscriber exclusive smut art and smut lore for this world. This would be done in a variety of inventive ways that will be accessible in the $6 and $9 tier brackets. Tiers will be awarded on alternating weeks, so if this week is the $6 reward, the next will be the $9 reward.

These rewards come at the cost of the monthly pinups and the other current subscription rewards for $6 and up. This is a trade, but there are several other fan art pinup artists who create wonderful works or art.

The rewards and a few other changes are further detailed below.

$3 Early Access and Concept Art

This tier has not changed. The concept art rewards patrons beyond having early access to the pages. I feel it’s a great way to show appreciation to those who are directly supporting the comic.

• 3 pages a week
• Comics 10 pages ahead of the public
• Patron exclusive Concept Art

Concept art will appear as needed by the demands of the comic and is not beholden to a schedule.

$6 Exclusive Images with Lore entries - delivered Monday on alternating weeks

Smut with accompanying text. A concept that can be just about anything.

These can be character sheets with stats, power rankings, and a small biography. An exploration on the daily life as a milk/farm/sex slave in the Elvish Isles.  Or it could be a deep dive into the capabilities of the Prisoner’s mind control magic. Or the various drugs and fungal parasites the Elves use to keep their slaves docile.

Images and text based on:

• Character Stat Sheets
• Character Backstories
• Spell and Magic Systems (specific kinds)
• Any lore topic

Patrons at this tier can suggest next month’s entry in the comments. The comment with the highest number of likes will be chosen. I will add a comment suggestion and vote as well.

$9 Information Cards (like Magic Cards)  -  delivered Monday on alternating weeks

These images will focus on specific abilities, magic, and character cards.I’m thinking about making these appear as if it is a silly fake trading card game like magic the gathering, but with sex. We’ll make up the rules as we go and can argue whether the card would be overpowered or not in the comments. At 21 cards per year, we can probably make this into a real thing in 3 to 4 years.

• Resource Cards (sex slaves)

Like the earlier tier, patrons can suggest next month’s entry in the comments. I will vote and participate in the suggestions as well.

$15 My Sincere Gratitude

This tier would be reserved for those who just want to help out and show appreciation above and beyond the expected.

I don’t know what else I can do for the people at this tier. I’m open to suggestions.

Exclusivity

These rewards will be patron exclusive. However, I reserve the right to show a few of these as promotional art, but the majority will remain exclusive to subscription services and will not be released to the public.

I’m hoping the new art could be used in future publications such as print, a silly trading card game product, or the real hope, a video game. One can dream.

Improved Viewing Experience

Let’s also go over how this comic is viewed here.

This site is not an ideal way to view the comic or any of the other images. I want to transfer these over to Dropbox or another similar format where it can be downloaded or viewed in the picture viewer of your choice. Other entries such as lore will be in separate folders and in the same distribution method as the comic.

• Distribution method via monthly Dropbox links or other secure distribution
• Links will be deleted with each new Dropbox link

The resolution subscribers will get will be higher than those the public will view as listed below.

• 2k resolution images for Patron links
• 1.5k for Imgur to be viewed on public forums such as reddit
• 1k resolution for social media, e-hentai, and hentai-foundry.

I would love your feedback and suggestions. I have a few questions listed below.

What’s your general take on these changes?

Are the rewards in the right tier? Should the $6 lore tier trade places with the $9 trading card tier?

Finally, is Dropbox the best method for distribution? I’m not the expert here and I’m open to suggestions.

What to expect in the near future.

Thank you for reading the wall of text. I understand that it would be difficult to make an assessment with words alone. I’ve started working on examples of the lore entry and trading cards and hope to show them to you soon.
