Ah the Prisoner can't help but give lectures on his superiority. He actively tries to make others feel inferior when he views them as enemies. Mockery, name-calling, and exasperation. Anything he can to put them off balance and cause them to make mistakes. Part of this is very much in character with his original concept. The other is that having this trait injects much needed lore tidbits.

Such as this one, where he as seen powerful shadow magic before.

Shadow magic would be cheap to produce, hard to detect (which is why it isn't glowing in color), and easy to break. A large amount of mana and control would allow a master mage a great deal of utility. Shadow tendrils would appear around the battlefield allowing the wielder to hamper the opponent's mobility while improving their own. The magic would be able to create fragile walls which would block line of sight of their opponent but not their own. Not to mention using these tendrils to create runes on the ground or walls when the opponent is not looking.

Sadly this Raven does not have the mana nor control to pull off those feats of magic. In a straight battle the Prisoner would easily destroy her without breaking a sweat.
