Some of these included how to use her crown and information on the Prisoner. Insight still practiced and tested these before she went out to hunt a demi-god, like any proper god-hunter would.
The shackles themselves, would be made to subdue the Prisoner. Even as a doomsday device, there would be methods to keep him contained. Insight mentioned earlier about the fail-safes and traps laid within the crown itself. She is not utilizing it's full potential. But we will have to see what happens next.
