More so, I wanted to underline that the Queen has already been trained and toyed with, as indicated by her body language when she's walking down the stairs. She's already walking on all fours, submitting to their power. She's apprehensive at the same time heavily aroused and waiting for it as shown by the soaked portion on her throne.
The dialog is the same as before with the new changes being interwoven with the previous concepts in the next page. Her conversation with Insight, now a celebratory speech.
I imagine that the rest of the War Divinities, direct and reward their armies. They would be individuals. Some kinder and some more depraved. Others would be great generals with years of experience, where others like the Duchess shown here delegates the majority of the tactics to her general so that she can focus on the larger strategy.
