I'll briefly talk about what's going on here.
- Insight's eyes are gold - because her green mana is being converted into the color beyond mortals [gold]
- The Prisoner's white and blue bindings are completely visible now.
- The streams of white and blue is showing Prisoner's mana saturating the area.
- The hound mask and the slave collar has returned for Crusher.
- The changes in to claws in her hands shows that mana has changed for her hands as well.
- Ros-Mei has 4 circles around her pink mana core. Initiate 4 as stated in the character sheet.
