It doesn't change the fact emotions and events are still occurring. They feel real. In the same way, Insight knows her mind isn't breached. These hallucinations are externally produced by the true sight rune and her mind isn't being forcibly altered. She will however, remember everything. And right now, she is trapped in a hallucinating pleasure soaked body, so different in endorphin composition - it may as well be not her own.
