Warden is able to view mana flows circulating in the body as well as ambient mana in the air. It's even shares the same name. If I were to go back, I would rename it as 'mana sight.' Insight's upgraded version sees into other dimensions, through illusions, and interprets everything through the fabric of her own mind.
Insight's mind separation spell is similar to Warden's Astral Projection. In Astral Projection the consciousness separates from the body to travel across distances. The Mind Protection spell uses a similar principle. The bondage version of this spell would be trapping the mind inside the body while it is being controlled by another mage. The depictions should appear similar in future lore entries.
