Insight is visually seeing Sa'nah's mana circles become enflamed. A mask appears on her head in the form of a beast of burden, which appears as a pony. The discoloration of the Prisoner is due to his entire body being infused with mana. The Prisoner has reached a stage of mana evolutions similar to ki-cultivation novels. This would be something similar to the refinement of the body beyond a core, where the entire body becomes a mana core itself.
I would mention this in the comic itself, but there's only a limited amount of exposition space available.
