When taken by the uninitiated, it causes addiction, euphoria, confusion, and arousal. The affects are too strong to be used lightly. Long term affects are a permanent increase in libido and an increased susceptibility to the Prisoner's vocal commands. In other words, drinking the milk is a shortcut to becoming a lap hound, the submissive caretakers of the Prisoner's army.

so the addictive qualities can be nullified or mitigated through alchemy. Often these would be high grade and expensive medicine, used sparingly for most of his allies. They would not have been too debilitated with their levels of use.

2024-02-21 23:48:12 +0000 UTCThere has to be a non or at least less potent milk as I think it was in one of the world guides that the Prisoner gave milk powder to allies before he became the Prisoner. Or was the prisoner just being a sneaky infiltrator to "guide" the mages of his allies.
