She is extrapolating that the need becomes a new type of hunger. The new biological instinct would be the acquisition of more milk, thus the collection of additional Farm Hounds. To a lesser degree, sex with any type of hound helps. While sex with the Prisoner 'feeds' them and is felt in a deeper, primal level.
The new participants are Lenore, the shadow raven, and Zolar, the owl wearing a suit. Zolar is a bisexual playboy raised in the dimensional nurseries. He's a rather lazy person who uses his magic in order to move around. Lenore, also raised from the dimensional nursery, entered the Raven program upon graduation based on her natural aptitude. She keeps quiet during work to become a brooding deadly figure, but on her off time, she's a goofy jokester.
