* the Divinity and Elves need a trade deal with the Goblin merchants. These choices are a personal gift to our Divinity, the Duchess of Grasping Vines. She doesn't trust the goblins but she will take a gift for whatever reason you see fit.
* the Goblins are aware of how terrible the Elves are. The slaves are all spies and will require goblin caretakers who are also spies. They will have their own agenda.
* or just choose characters and kinks you'd like to see in the future comic.
