Losing sleep doing these but stubbornly keeping up with the challenge. It lives to the hype of that inkers everywhere banding together to become better inkers.
Just in these images, I could see the improvements. I've started using references as inspirations - not direct copies. Then the slow introduction of 3 to 4 shades to add in highlights. Slow improvements all around.
This year for Kinktober, I jumped in without looking. Next year, I'll come in with a plan. I've seen other artists do it. Maybe I'll create something with a unifying theme with a storyline. Or maybe a collection of men and women in a galactic pirate's perverted gallery. We'll see based on next year's prompts.
