Thanks to those in Discord getting the tone of the dialog right. Crusher would call the Prisoner her 'master' instead of 'Divinity level power.' As a character, Crusher could be the type to catalogue power levels and make comparisons. It is a stretch. I find it easier to believe she would use herself as the measuring stick and say, someone is weaker or stronger than herself.

I did consider population numbers heavily when I first started this comic. I even looked into how much of a population can be filled with a professional army. But it has been some time. Specifically the lore entry on magic describes population percentages of both empowered warriors and magic capable people by race. In order to be considered a warrior in the elfish army you need to be an empowered warrior. Also wardens Kingdom had artillery along their walls which allowed for a smaller army in a non expansionist culture. The elvish army used mass spider climb in order to bypass the walls.

I knew custodians were elite but I thought they were too few to really be a good measuring stick for power and I'm not sure how they organize themselves in a world where a single advanced warrior can take on a quite a few unpowered people. Warden's kingdom didn't seem that big though granted we have only seen their capitol.
