I will say the leagues are more like competing corps that are all heavily unionized to the 11th degree. The union and workers rights is Supreme over all.

Parts of Austria are quite mountainous, with the Alps and all, so cattle farmers had their animals graze in some pretty out-of-the-way places with no real road access. If one of those cows died (lightning, fell down a slope etc.), it was mandated by the governement that he take care of the carcass, but again: Often no road access, so they had to call in a helicopter to lift the dead cow out. Pretty expensive. Some entrepreneurial farmers did the math and found out that hiring an explosives technician to simply blow the carcass to bits was cheaper (or even doing it themselves). So that became kind of the way to do it in that specific region of Austria until 2001, when it came up in a parliament hearing and was outlawed in the very same hearing. I imagine the minutes for that just said "You're doing WHAT?!?" Also, drukhari please.

Unless it's a civil aircraft, then it's Executive One... And if the president's family is in it, then it's Executive One Foxtrot... If they choose for it to use that call sign...
