If the drukhari uses their victims the way I use a LiPo battery, they found a way to make them last as long as possible. Eventually, they will wear out. Slaanesh found a way to make the power output of their flesh batteries recursive. Somehow, the output increases over time, by greater orders of magnitude. So now, the drukhari are an entire race forced into a game of sadomasochistic chicken for eternity. Slaanesh is playing with their food, but will still enjoy the Olive Garden breadsticks or Red Lobster cheddar biscuits their food will give them in the meantime.
