15:40 fun military fact: Hannibal while in Italy became trapped in a valley with 3 exits by the roman. Late at night the roman saw great columns of torches marching toward one of the exits of the valley. The roman general was suspicious and ordered is men not to move but his men did so anyway. They found a big group of cattle with torches tied to their horns. Hannibal got away via the exits the men deserted.

2024-12-08 01:30:28 +0000 UTCSo on the subject of the Tau and they're hilarious! Railguns they actually have now four platforms that are designed to kill Titans. They are the tiger shark or rather a side model of the tiger shark that they strap their equivalent of icbms to and a heavy rail cannon too. Then there is the storm surge which is a massive gun platform that can either have a rail cannon or a buffed up version of the Tau pulse weapons that the closer you get to it the infinitely more destructive it becomes. Then there is the Manta which is effectively a dropship that mounts two twin linked versions of these rail cannons. If they're not twin linked in it, it's just two of them. Someone will correct me I'm sure. And it's also covered head to toe in weapons and whistles and all that stuff. And it's got stealth drones that can deploy and then finally there is the supremacy armor. It has three massive options. One is a rail cannon array so it's three of these rail cannons second option is a giant freaking missile battery that can just drown an area and ordinance. And the third option is just effectively a capital ship gravitic drive Cannon strapped to the supremacy armor. It also has what they call a fragmentation shell for said Cannon. So yeah when the taus fought titans they went cool. That is pain. Allow me to introduce you to subliminal munitions.( Sorry about the edit. Had to correct some spelling. Speech to text lol.)

This is also the purpose of flares on planes. however modern IR missiles more see like an IR camera and are programmed to look for things that resemble a jet engine. Missiles getting lost is the sun isn’t really something that happens anymore and is normally just something you see in movies.
