D tier
The rest

My short list for the RC is as follows.
Mono Green
Phoenix

I will quickly write about why I am not considering Rakdos. In short I think I am not good enough to play that deck for 10 rounds on very little reps of the new stuff, all while everyone is bringing some game plan for you. The deck is very good and if you forced me to play the deck for the RC I would not be mad. I just feel more comfortable on one of the other two decks.

Mono Green

This deck is the most powerful thing you can be doing in pioneer. Its attackable but often even its worse matchups it can overpower them. The deck has so much literature on it that I wont go into great detail on the common stuff. The things worth mentioning are both cityscape leveler and the stonebrain are huge gets for this deck. Stonebrain can stop the combo of other decks and be a win condition on its own. While Cityscape is just a stronger meteor golem. Worth mentioning its an 8/8 body and triggers both on cast and when attacking. Allowing you to just mow peoples boards down. The unearth is also very strong at allowing you to keep both pressure up against control, but also answer there problematic permanents. Bolas is a way to get your own sideboard if your opp stone brains you. Its also fine to needle Karn and then Bolas to get your sb if your opp is on no Bolas.
but here is a rough draft of a list for the RC. https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/5214072#online

Phoenix
I dont have a final list yet but I really like the idea of phoenix. Note that the list linked is a test list and things can change a lot.

Things I like about phoenix.
-  Its a red black style of deck that has a combo finish in trespass and galvanic.
- Stroke is very well positioned vs mono green. They need to stick four drops and if they are on the play and go elf into something they have four mana on turn 3 if you cant interact with the elf. So this gives you a chance to stop one strong card. As often green will keep 1 or 2 strong cards. Then hope to find others as the game goes on.
- You are strong vs the elf draws with our high quantity of red interaction for turn one.
- You are a strong deck in an open deckilst. Green doesn't benefit much outside of knowing what to play around.

I am a little worried about decks like mono white, but I am working on trying to fix that matchup, however you cant fix every problem so having some percent of decks you are behind against, and I think white is a fine one to be a bit behind in personally.

Its hard to know exactly what you should play but I think as long as you pick a tier A or higher deck your putting yourself into a great position to get a pro tour invite. If you have more questions I will be happy to answer them. Feel free to message me in the discord or directly here on Patreon.
