Change to Per Month Billing: What Happened
Added 2021-06-01 23:52:10 +0000 UTCOkay so after last month's poll, I've gone through with switching things over to a per-month, up front billing system. What does this mean for everyone?
Each patron's per-creation pledge is automatically converted to a once-a-month pledge of the same amount, regardless of how many creations per month you were pledged for. So if you were pledged for $2 up to 3 creations per month, your pledge will automatically become $2 flat. So if you had the amount you wanted to pledge spread across multiple creations a month, you may want to upgrade how much you pledge upfront to match. Beyond that, everyone's tiers remain exactly the same, so if you're in a special tier like the $15 sketch tier, you're slot is still secure.
Please message me if you have any questions about this change, but given the voting swung all but unanimously for this, I'm hoping this makes everyone happy, even if its a bite in income. My hope is the simpler system will encourage more pledges.
