Brawler moveset

It's a moveset that rely on punches and elbow attacks, it's both long and closed distance based.
It also have an unique feature that i will be using from now on Ki charge command.
To use it press ligth attack + block (no more skills to charge ki)
As always compatible with all races transformations dual ultimates.
As extra there is an skill:
Lotus Burst: A fist attack that can be charged, when fully charged it can't be blocked, it also protects you from any ki blast attack.
