Here how i make the squirting Particles
Import default spawner to make editing easier 
Go to Projects properties > Library > Particle Creator > Open editor >scroll down to particle 1
After that turnoff "XYZ initial" you can edit (X,Y,Z) angle where your particles want to go, for me is +Z for make it go front and the 23.25/second was speed of the Particles go to that position
Use Add for making a Gravitation physic on it
Because want to squirting up, add initial Y so the particles will go better coordinate (Z,Y)
Place a surface to project and change particle kind to "Surface" you can use it with anything you want like cube, block, items and others but I'm using Surface 
Because we not want it rotation you ca. Turn off "initial XYZ" on Rotation and Rotation Speed, the. Scale it down for make the particle smaller, and make alpha smaller for make it slightly transparent
(Don't forget to change render depth higher so it will not make your model gone behind it and turn off "making shadow")
