Don’t need a thesis, don’t need them to catch everything, but I think there’s a happy medium to be found here. People who love the show often love the writing too and…want to hear it with new reactors. Otherwise we could just be watching a review video.

You will miss things talking but plenty of people missed little things in this series the first time around for various reasons. It’s supposed to be fun, not something you have to write a thesis on!

The fandom lovingly refers to the version of Lestat in Louis’ mind as Dreamstat. Also might I suggest watching the extended cut versions of these where the cast/crew give you a look inside of the episodes. It’s super interesting to get their takes on their own characters and motives (and they’re spoiler free, just skip over the previews for the next episode). Baaaaah y’all are in for such a beautiful ride with this season.
