Important tier change
Added 2021-09-21 19:39:47 +0000 UTCtl:dr; changed the Patreon tier structure to per-release so everyone should change to the new tier because it's cheaper now than the original.
As I detailed in a previous post I just added a new tier. But Patreon is weird, I could change the tier structure (from monthly to per release) but I couldn't change the cost (from 5$ to 3$) so we're in a bit of a limbo.
There are 2 tiers now: one archive, one active. I recommend you guys move from the archive to the new active one as it is cheaper and is closer to the original tier costs. Otherwise with the new per release structure this could be two times 5$ a month which is quite a bit.
I made a mistake in the last post. From what I read I gathered I could keep the original flat monthly tier but Patreon pulled a switcheroo on me and now it seem that's not possible. Otherwise everything stays the same, I wrote a long summary in the previous post here on what this new tier means and why I had to make the change (tl:dr; I'm going back to college which means I may have to change the update schedule).
