Valor:Perilous Bashing and new SFX

Happy holidays! I decide to rename Valgrind into Valor to avoid some confusion, despite loving the former name, lol.

Anchor has been working on a new set of VFX similar to that of GOW:Ragnorok, which is playing pretty well together with the new perilous bash mechanic; perilous attack will also get its new VFX similar to this. This VFX still isn't the final product, which should be much more polished.

I decide to do something to the OP and boring NPC bashing mechanic by making them actually counterable through the following changes:

1. all NPCs now use power bashes which has a longer windup

2. VFX and SFX indicator before bashing as shown in vid

3. NPCs spend some time to charge before bashing; the time frame after VFX, before the actual bash is where you can try to interrupt the bash.

4. To interrupt a bash, perform a bash yourself, which on hit instantly stagger NPC, and optionally knocks off(unequips) their shield.

5. Because of the above changes, NPCs are significantly more vulnerable during the "charging phase", and therefore bash attacks can no longer be timed-blocked.

An update with above features and some other new stuff, on top of AE support, will come soon. On a side note, I'm happy that this project is on track, that I still have effort and most importantly, passion, to work on it.

I don't know that there is such a thing as a telegraphed bash but I'm thinking the windup is a little too long. Probably just personal preference, though. The hesitance on the backside of the windup where he pauses just seems like he is waiting longer than he needs to when striking outwards. Not criticizing. Just wondering if/how easily it can be altered, or if an MCM menu can be incorporated to allow people to adjust that to a time more to their liking. Otherwise, I like the concept of a bash interruption. Especially with heavier weapons. Kind of hard to stand your ground when you are getting hammered by a huge warhammer.

It'll be standalone since it contains so much stuff which, if being added on top of VC, bloats the system too much. But it works closely and consistently with VC's stun, stamina, and timed blocking system so you can definitely use them together:)
