いつもお世話になっております、あるみかんです。

9月は活動を休止してしまい、大変ご迷惑をおかけしました。

改めてお詫び申し上げます。

さて、お休みを頂いている間に白内障の手術をしてきました。

手術自体は無事に成功したのですが、残念ながら見え方に大きな違和感があり再手術を検討しております。

白内障の手術に使う人口レンズには焦点距離というものがあり、基本的に手術しない方の目の裸眼の視力に合わせるらしいのですが

実際の視力検査の数値と自分の感覚のあいだにかなりの差があったようです。一応担当医と打ち合わせはしたのですが…

今のところ両眼で近くに焦点を合わせるということができないので、結局手術前と同じく片目で作業している状態です。

とりあえずセカンドオピニオンを受け、その後再手術をするかどうかを決める予定です。

今後の活動についてですが、さすがに2か月連続でコンテンツ無しはよくないと思うので10月は通常通り活動する予定です。

ですが前述したとおり現在片目で作業しているので、申し訳ありませんがちょっとシンプルな感じになるかもしれません。

再手術はおそらく10月中旬～下旬になると思いますので、日程が決まり次第またお知らせ致します。

While the surgery itself was successful, unfortunately, I experienced significant discomfort with my vision and am now considering revision surgery.

However, there appears to be a considerable discrepancy between the actual vision test results and my own perception. I did discuss this with my doctor, but...

For now, I can't focus both eyes on nearby objects, so I'm essentially back to working with just one eye, just like before the surgery.

I plan to get a second opinion first, and then decide whether to proceed with revision surgery.

Regarding future activities, I feel two consecutive months without content is unacceptable, so I plan to resume normal activities in October.

However, as mentioned earlier, I'm currently working with one eye, so I apologize in advance if things feel a bit simpler.

The reoperation will likely be mid to late October, and I'll announce the schedule once it's confirmed.
