今月の投稿と目の状態についてお知らせいたします。

まず10月の投稿ですが、大変申し訳ありませんが間に合いませんでした。

完成次第投稿いたしますのでもう少々お待ちください。

次に現在の目の状態をお知らせします。

白内障の再手術を考えておりましたが、別の病院で色々相談したところアドオンレンズという物を紹介されました。

白内障の手術後に視力の矯正のためにいれる追加のレンズなのですが、可逆性が高くいつでも手術できるとのことでした。

再手術よりリスクも少なくデメリットもほとんどないようなので、将来的にその手術をするつもりです。

現在は視力を裸眼の右目に合わせるために左目にコンタクトレンズを入れ、焦点が合わない部分（サブモニタなど）は眼鏡をかけるという形で作業をしております。

以前より目が疲れやすくなりましたが、一応両目で作業できるようになりましたのでこれからは元のペースに戻せるように努力します。

I had been considering cataract revision surgery, but after consulting with another hospital, they introduced me to something called an add-on lens.

This is an additional lens inserted after cataract surgery to correct vision. They explained it's highly reversible, meaning surgery can be performed at any time.

Since it carries less risk and almost no disadvantages compared to revision surgery, I plan to have that procedure in the future.

Currently, I'm working by wearing a contact lens in my left eye to match the vision of my uncorrected right eye, and using glasses for areas where the focus is off (like the submonitor).

My eyes tire more easily than before, but since I can now work using both eyes, I'll strive to get back to my original pace.
