This is not what I expected.
Four-way tie is not something I expected I would have to deal with.
When I said you guys have a type, I did not need you to challenge that notion, you know. Serves me right to make a poll and not expect people can vote on it, I suppose. x)
I spent the weekend trying to work between various solutions. I don't really want to flip a coin and see who wins, because letting RNG take the wheel reserved for deliberate choice just feels wrong.
So here's what I'm going to do. Even falling back on the basic rule of thumb that Patreon votes take precedence over Discord ones, there's still a two-way tie. I will let Lambert and Ginny win on seniority, but, and here's where I am trying to have my cake and eat it, I'll also rearrange my schedule a bit and if the first sketch goes well, I will add the second pair as well. I'll trade some Python programming and storyboarding hours and possibly push the March poll a little bit back, but that should be enough space here.
And I'll be thinking about some sort of a consolation price for Vartan & Sara and John & Lizzie. Perhaps dusting off some of their older in-progress pieces for a guaranteed spot on the next poll would be an okay middle ground?
