With maturity comes 5 dreaded years of public contributions for every young man.

Those elected as producers through various means have to produce seed samples every 60 days at designated facilities.

Community ones usually only provide recurring scheduled extractions in groups to fulfil that requirement.

The donors provide their ID, are stripped and made to drink a thick liquid to induce a strong lasting erection and intense but short-term libido boost.

They wait at their station until hard, after which they mount, are secured and wait 30 minutes before the milker activates during which they are forbidden to move their lower body.

Footage is closely monitored during this step to discipline those tempted to thrust in or grind on their extractor.

To show further compliance, they must look at the camera and remain as deeply inserted as possible for the duration of the procedure.

Failure to comply can incur fines and disciplining actions. The recordings are available as evidence and part of the public documents related to a donor's file.

The machine adapts to every donor and extracts as much seed as it can. If the analyzed quality is sub-par, donors may receive a list of recommended adjustments within a week of their donation. Should they become dry, assistance is provided to encourage a complete extraction.
